Return and Exchange Policy

At www.massadausa.com, we are committed to your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item purchased from our site, please follow the guidelines below. Note that these policies apply exclusively to purchases made through www.massadausa.com.

Return Policy for Consumers

Eligibility: You may return or exchange any product within thirty (14) days from the date you received it.

Instructions:

1. Package the item(s) securely and include a letter with the following information:

   - Your name and the last four digits of your credit card number

   - Whether you would like to exchange the product or receive a refund

   - If exchanging, specify the desired replacement

   - A copy of the invoice. For gift returns, please indicate that it is a gift.

2. Send the package to:

Note: Shipping costs for returned items are non-refundable. We will process your return upon receipt, and exchanges will be shipped via standard ground shipping. You will receive an email confirming the receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.

Gift Certificates and Promotional Offers: 

- If you used a gift certificate, its value will be credited back to your account for future purchases. Cash refunds for gift certificates are not provided. The original expiration date applies.

- Returns involving promotional certificates or discounts will not include a refund of the promotional amount. However, any unexpired promotional funds will be credited back to your account. The original expiration date applies.

Return Policy for Professionals

Eligibility:

As a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist, you may return or exchange unused products within fourteen (14) days of receipt. A minimum 20% restocking fee applies.

Instructions: 

1. Package the item(s) securely and include a letter with the following information:

   - Your name and credit card number

   - Whether you would like to exchange the product or receive a refund

   - If exchanging, specify the desired replacement

   - A copy of the invoice. For gift returns, please indicate that it is a gift.

Damaged Items

Inspect your shipment upon receipt. If you find any damage, please contact us immediately at +1 786 784 5756 and provide your order number. Keep the damaged items in their original shipping cartons as a carrier inspection may be required.
